Order Processing Times

  • Warehouse Orders: Orders fulfilled directly from our warehouse in SAS-Nagar, Punjab are processed and shipped within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.
  • Drop-Shipping Orders: Products fulfilled by third-party drop-shipping partners may take up to 48 business hours to ship after order confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Domestic Shipping

We currently only offer shipping services within India.

  • Shipping Partners: EvaClues uses Delhivery and India Post for deliveries from our warehouse.
  • Third-Party Couriers: Drop-shippers may use their own logistics or courier partners.
  • Estimated Delivery: The estimated delivery timeframe is shown at checkout based on your PIN code and shipping partner’s serviceability.
  • Shipping Charges: Charges vary based on your delivery PIN code, the seller’s location, and logistics provider. All applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and weight.

International Shipping

  • We do not offer international shipping on all products.
  • International shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) may apply upon arrival and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delivery Delays

  • Delays may occur due to natural calamities, high order volume, public holidays, or logistical challenges beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

Currently, we do not support local delivery or in-store pickup options.
