Return Policy

Return Request Period

  • Customers must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Damaged Product

  • If you receive a damaged item, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. This helps us assess the issue and offer the appropriate resolution.

Missing Items

  • If any item is missing from your order, an unboxing video is required to verify the claim. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s).

Exchange for Wrong Product

  • If you ordered the wrong product, you may request an exchange. Please note:
    • Return and replacement shipping charges are your responsibility.
    • Being a low-price website, we cannot waive these fees.
  • Contact customer support for exchange instructions.

Policy for Custom-Printed Products

Order Cancellation

  • Orders for custom-printed products cannot be canceled due to production costs and the inability to resell customized items.

Undeliverable Shipments

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your package, we will arrange for an alternative shipping method. However, returns will not be accepted in such cases.

Delayed Deliveries

  • If delivery is delayed beyond 3-4 weeks due to courier issues, we will coordinate with the courier service.
    • Customers should track their orders regularly.
    • If there are no updates within 10 days of dispatch, contact us immediately.

Exceptions

  • Claims for damages or other issues will not be processed if reported beyond the specified timelines.
  • These policies are in line with standard courier regulations.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  1. The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and receipts.
  2. Damage, defect, or missing items are confirmed through provided proof (e.g., unboxing video).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
  • Use a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe delivery of the return.

Rejection of Delivered Parcel

If a customer refuses to accept a delivered parcel, the following deductions apply:

  • Shipping Charges: 2x the original shipping cost (includes forward and reverse shipping).
  • Packing Charges: 10% of the product value.

These deductions will be applied before issuing a refund.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days of approval.

Important Notes

Returns will only be accepted if:

  1. The product was not damaged while in your possession.
  2. It matches what was shipped to you.
  3. You provide an unboxing video as evidence.

If you believe the product does not match its description or expectations, contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving it. Our team will review your complaint and make a decision accordingly.


Payment Gateway Policy

  • EvaClues does not process payments directly.
  • Customers are redirected to third-party payment gateways for transactions.
  • We do not store or handle any payment details.
  • Any payment disputes should be addressed directly with the respective payment gateway provider.
